Kids get a free "kiddie cone" upon request @ Participating McDonald's

Was in McDonald's getting a Strawberry Lemonade (free, courtesy of a coupon), and I saw a sign that said kids can get a free ice cream "kiddie cone", upon request, on any day. This may not be a promo that all McD's participate in, but it's definitely worth asking!
