FREE trial (guest passes) at gyms & fitness clubs

If you want to work out at the gym for FREE, check out these fitness clubs that offer free trial memberships (gym guest passes tend to range from 3 to 7 days). Click on the links below for more info about each gym- hopefully you have at least one of these near where you live.

My local council have a '5 times fitter' scheme on at the moment, 5 venues signed up to offer discounts and things. I'm currently using a 7 day free gym pass, and got 2 more lined up !
