Welcome To My Blog :)

Hello, Welcome to "Gone Sale Racking!"

My focus here is to inform anyone who will listen about bargaining, finding good sales, where to get freebies, and other money-saving tips with regards to retail.

I have somewhat of a reputation for getting deals on clothes, food, etc... and it is not very difficult to do if you have some patience, and resources (a.k.a.; really good local stores).

So grab a snack, and leave a note on the fridge that says you've "gone sale racking..."

Navigating my blog:
  • Start by reading the most recent blog posts, just in case there is a time-sensitive giveaway or sale.
  • Then go through the blog archive list, and/or the labels to find older posts you might be interested in. There is also a "search this blog" feature so you can search for posts about a particular store, or topic.
  • Check out the individual pages by clicking the page tabs at the top of the blog.
  • Check out the Printable Coupons (click here to see).
Please send any questions, comments, or requests for topics you want me to blog about to

Miscellaneous Tips:

Clothes, Shoes, Accessories:
Some of my favorite stores for great deals on quality products are Marshall's, TJ Maxx, and Home Goods.. Macy's is great especially if you go directly to the sale racks to find 50%, 60%, 75% off original prices of designer clothes. Great return policies too.
Personal Products:
Pharmacy stores are great because they have frequent sales on name-brand products that many times coincide with a coupon in the paper for the same item. That is how you can get the "pricey" brands for really cheap.. Supermarkets tend to be more expensive for personal products like soap, shampoo, etc.. so I only buy there if it's on sale and/or coupon.
