I was recently checking out nail color swatches (people post photos of nail polish to show what it looks like on the nail).. and I saw many people posting about having huge nail polish stashes. If you think about how much OPI, Essie, China Glaze cost, you can figure these stashes are worth quite a bit. I hope these girls didn't pay full price! So I wanted to share my method of getting the same brands for very cheap.
1) Check out the local beauty supply stores. Usually they have a clearance bin with recently-discontinued, or last season's colors at a deep discount. I've found Essie and OPI polish for under $3 before. These brands usually retail at $7- 9.
2) Department stores such as Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, etc..
occasionally have nail polish. I've seen Essie there.
3) ULTA has sales on nail polishes.
4) Christmas Tree stores sometimes have good prices for nail polish (I got a very popular Essie color there for $3)
