After Halloween, the stores are going to begin shelving Thanksgiving-related merchandise, as well as the winter holidays. This means they will be clearing the shelves of Halloween candy to make room for the new seasonal items. 

Translation?! = discounted candy. 

This is just the beginning of "Trick or treat" if you are a bargain hunter.. :)
